The end of Nordstrom ?

    Hi,
    So I have been refunding Nordstrom for quite few times, but this time they asked me to make a police report.
    the total partial refund was $550, normally they would just investigate for about 1-2 days and send the replacement or refund.
    On the other account I make the reason as missing item and now they asked me to return the product.
    Mayble this is almost the end of Nordstrom?
    What do u guys think?
