There is a technical issue our team is facing for the past several weeks. Every time someone clicks on a link refreshes a page or tries to navigate through the website, for each action we are prompted with a Captcha verification. Even after verifying it once, we are repeatedly being prompted for the same thing over and over for each clickable action. We have tried to reset our browser, clearing all cache and cookies, even tried using a different IP and a whole different device but the problem remains the same. Due to this, we are facing a lot of issues to work on PlayerUp website. Even to respond to our customers, we are facing this issue and this has been causing us unnecessary delays. We presumed it to be some temporary issue, but it has been several days. We contacted other sellers, and they have assured us that they are not facing any such issue. This issue is somehow only linked to our account (or very small group of other users). We used to get VIP instant support over Discord for all our issues, but for the past 1 month, we are receiving close to no response over there. Your VIP team has probably migrated to some other platform other than Discord, but we have not yet been notified about it. Since we do not have any other way to raise our issue, we are opening this urgent ticket after waiting for several weeks to get a response on Discord VIP support. We request you to resolve this issue at your earliest.
