I have suspended your account and closed several other accounts you opened which is a violation of our terms of service. Is there a reason why you have decided to create several accounts advertising several products with these usernames?

 

because nobody Is answering any of my questions
my money is stuck on this site and I can't withdraw it
so I try to create a second account to get my money of this account and maybe I can withdraw it on there but you guys totally block out any of my threads, questions, withdraws and every other support

 

the only thing I want is to get my money back from this site
but you guys wont let me so please unban my account and get my withdraw trough because other wise I will need to take further action

this is the most simple way to do it you guys get me my money back I still. havent spend or even be able to

These accounts were created in May before the dispute/problems happen.

 

Yes I mean when you create multiple accounts, create multiple tickets intentionally spamming, and then items you're selling are being recalled, what do you expect us to do? Respond quicker to your inquiries? Quite the opposite.

This isn't our fault so quit blaming us. None of this would have happened had the account been recalled.

 

I will reach out now to the agent handling this and he will dock the amount that buyer was refunded from your balance and then you can cashout accordingly. Until then, be patient and don't cause intentional conflicts.

 

I created the accounts in may because my account was blocked then to
for the account recall. but I still wanted to sell my other accounts I already spoke to a admin to have those accounts removed because every account I make was getting banned.

the Thijs Smit account a made a few days ago to get my money into a other account and withdraw it on there because nobody responded for months
