    Dear moderator,
    I hope you are doing well.
    I understand your hard working makes this platform safe and really appreciate it.
    But everyone can make mistake and seems I had made it.
    I think I had opened an account here few months ago, but couldn't come up with the username and password.
    So I re-opened another account and after that, my new account got suspended.
    I hope you can understand my situation and revive my account.
    Hope to hear good news from you soon.
