Dear Moderator I am writing to you regarding the request from This user to regain his account please do not accept it this a a highly dangerous person with only one thing in mind to scam people, I have been scammed with him 2 times, first time using your service middleman where he agreed to sell his youtube page, and once I made the payment to middleman he started refusing to sell the page over middleman giving excuses he doesnet belive this service and he canceled the transacion, only to start offering me to sell me the page using direct paypal sell, which I was foolish to accept and he immidietly scammed me, I am currently in an open case on paypal with this person so I write to you to have this in mind with this person so, he doesent scam other people as well.
