    Hey, i'm sorry for the chargeback I initiated,
    I didn't know about the fact you couldn't initiate a chargeback via paypal.
    The chargeback has been cancelled anyway, i just want to get unsuspended so I can cashout my money.
    I'm really sorry and wasn't aware that i had to wait playerup.

    So, I created an account to buy a fortnite acc.
    I spoke with the seller and i decided to buy him the acc via your middleman thing buy now, and it took more than 2 days, so the seller decided to sell the account and he told it to me later. I didn't know much, so i decided to initiate a chargeback on paypal that got cancelled when i learnt that i had to cancel directly on playerup then wait.
    I got suspended and now i can't get refunded / cashout, that's why I'm asking for help
