    Hello,

    Can I please have my suspension removed for my account.
    I have not used a VPN and I do not have multiple accounts, only the one that is suspended, and I believe I have not violated any of your terms.

    I first time came this website don't know how it worked, And i did purchase express vpn with my vcc, usd 8.24 hit my vcc but i didn't receive any item, please either give me refund or give me item by activation of account.

    Ameere, I'm another user with the same situation. Every user have different thread on forum. You should find yours and write there.
    Also, to give you an idea, my suspension date is 28-Jan-2022, and I've been trying to reach a mod to lift my suspension since then. I don't want to get your hopes down, but don't get your hopes up :/
