yesterday i've completed a middleman transaction, i successfully delivered a WOT game account, but i didnt received any money in my paypal account, and now at my profile shows high risk . WHY ? i did nothing wrong. can you explain to me?

when i click middleman department link this message shows to me: "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action." how to open a ticket as long as i cant open those links? can you remove from me high risk badge, maybe thats the cause...
