can someone please help me refund KENZO, the method is all sorted i can share that with you if needed, i just cant talk to them as whenever i call them up i just hear an automatic french lady speaking and for all i know she could be talking about anything. i've played about with the combinations and have come to the conclusion that u have to answer their questions with the dial pad (pressing 1 or 2 etc) until u get transfered to an agent (hopefully) where they will likely speak english. to all french playerup memebers please help me out here, im not gonna fail a refund because i cant speak their langauge smh.
