I buy phones a lot and resell, just curious if any of you guys ever had refunded a phone/laptop/etc. And then you check the IMEI on the phone to realize that it is bad. I would check my phones before i sell but i want to keep it in the box, although it has never happened before. Any suggestions on what i should do? Because it would be pretty weird i the guy i am selling to opens up the phone and checks IMEI to realize that it is bad, i mean i could just open it up first i guess but im just curious. Also is there any way for people to know an laptop was stolen? Like when people for warranty on a lost laptop what would happen?
