Seems like he scammed you. If you go back to where you bought the PSN card and explain the situation, I'm pretty sure they can disable the cards/take out funds and give you a refund. This method I would try first.

Since they were PSN Cards, not much you can do here. Doesn't appear he intends to reply and he has been suspended already. Would recommend in the future using PlayerUp Middleman Services for trade transactions and don't do gift card trades as these are High Risk transactions always for scammers.
