    Someone has just scammed 80$ off me and I need to know how to report them or get money back.

    I was scammed 80$ buy a seller who was selling me there hall 9, I didn't do it through middleman wich was my fault. Did it through PayPal. But is there anyway I can get this money back? His kik is William Egan
