Divinity Though you believe that part of the fault is with PlayerUp, it's still within ourselves to do some research before proceeding with a transaction or before attempting to sell even especially with the amount you are selling your account for. There are guides everywhere located in the site to help you understand how our Middleman Service works tho i think you read it a little bit too late from my understanding.

    Anyway, you may want to contact your game support to help you get your account back.

    @Rolan What is the truth !? Can I contact support !? That is, everything is in order that people on your site do what they want to send links, and so on, and in the end get a ban account that takes 2 minutes to create. And you suggest that I contact support when absolutely all the data is changed. What are you about?? And what have you scattered about? I spent about half an hour before I found the right article. In your manuals there are only tons of garbage, according to which I generally have to sit and wait for money!

    For example, how it works
    Middleman: Sellers Guide

    All of your same article, which I just read before selling!
    How does it work?
    1). Sellers create and post middleman buy now listings (click here)
    2). Buyer clicks on buy now listing and completes payment
    3). We verify and secure the buyers payment
    4). We create a 3 way conversation ticket with the Buyer and Seller
    5). We inform the Seller which specific account information they need to release to the Buyer
    6). During this process, we will communicate and guide both the Buyer and Seller
    7). Buyer secures and verifies the account
    8). Payment is then disbursed to the Seller

    And in fact, we did everything as is at these points. And if everything is cool with you, but I’m just talking nonsense, then where is my money ?!

    I'm assuming you read this guide too since you know of the confirmation button, just not sure if its before or after your transaction proceeds.

    In here, i already see that's there something wrong because @Middleman is the one who will be starting the 3-way ticket its not ever the other way around where either the buyer or the seller will add the @Middleman in the 3-way ticket.

    If you are the original owner of the account then its not impossible for you to retrieve your account back, it just takes a little bit of research.

    Technically, you didn't use our service. You just used our platform which is FREE for everyone to use when they register.

    When should I release my account information to the buyer?
    Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. We will never contact you through e-mail, discord, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons.

    I checked and there's indeed no involvement of @Middleman in your transaction, they just made it look like @Middleman is there by simply saying "@Middleman was added to this ticket" when it should be the other way around. @Middleman will be starting the conversation then will add the seller and the buyer in it.

    We're not liable for your actions... you sent some random person your account because he tagged middleman? This is a 3000$ account and you didn't look into how Middleman works? Middleman never even posted there...

    The dispute should be between you and the seller(scammer) but for you the dispute is against PlayerUp which we are explaining how the actual service works and that you got scammed.

    Also, why would you ask for compensation with PlayerUp when in fact there was no involvement from them on your transaction, you can just simply retrieve your account back just do some research and you can do it for sure since you are the original owner of the account.
