Stole Money Still havent gotten my refund

    I had an other forum post about how the seller was inactive and it got resolved I got a reply in the 3 way from middleman about how I would get my refund within 48 its about to be 96 hours and I still haven't heard anything from anyone can I just get my 70 dollars back
