Hello, Im doing my first ever SE... I heard that SS is easy so im trying SS right now with the Siberia 840. I sent them a legit selfmade receipt but now they want a S/N and a photo of the headset with the QR Code they sent me and handwritten my name and the ticket number. Can someone help me to fix this? Edit: Got the Serialnumber, could someone with the Headset help me out with the picture ?
