I have got fresh S/N`s for steelseries keyboards, but 2 times I do an RMA and its Randall B, the first answer he says is : Return the keyboard, fees on u blahblah, this guy is an love you, can`t SE him, he just asks for the device back, fees on me and all those love you, impossible to do anything? How to avoid him, how do u even SE steelseries ? :P
