    So i just received this after i told them i couldnt send back item : We are moving your case forward. This is NOT an indication that your item has arrived or that you should not ship it in to us.     -> Can be used to purchase an order for a greater value than that of the coupon code. If your order value exceeds that of the coupon code, you will be prompted for payment details and will be charged the difference.

    -> Once the coupon is used once, it is marked used and the value turns to 0, so please make sure to use the full value of the code!

    -> SteelSeries RMA coupon codes are non-transferable and are only valid for use by the individual who initiated the warranty claim (yourself). Attempting to sell or trade this coupon code is strictly prohibited.     Does it mean i will get the coupon code in 2 days or after i tell them the tracking number first and then they will give me the code? Thanks in advance for helping guys !!
