This process usually takes between 3-5 business days, once received, but can take a little longer depending on volume. I realize this seems like a long time, but the warehouse receives hundreds of packages per day. It usually goes much quicker than the estimated time, but there are instances where it could take the full 5 business days. We sincerely appreciate your patience. Please note that even if you have posted your package tracking, we cannot move your case forward until our warehouse verifies your package and performs validation. Please be aware that during this verification process, we may not be able to respond to your ticket until we have received the notification from our warehouse to move your claim forward. Don't be alarmed, we will be right back to your claim as soon as we can! In the meantime, we appreciate your patience during the RMA period.
