Steelseries got the courier to send back headset.

    So I recently sed steelseries for an Arctis 5 headset. Everything had gone smoothly and the parcel arrived in my country with no problem. I missed the first delivery so I rang up gls(the courier) to change the number because the one I gave was wrong. Next day i checked the tracking and it said that I had failed to accept the package and it had been sent back. So obviously I rant up gls to ask wtf had happened and they told me that steelseries had contacted them and told them they cannot deliver the package and to send it back to them straight away. So there you go. I didn't think they could do anything after the package had been shipped. Anyone know why this might have happened. Ever had this happen to you?
