    steelseries finally catching on?

Thank you for submitting your RMA.

Please carefully read and take the following steps:

    1) Print the attached QR code attached on a sheet of white paper **

    2) Hand write your name and ticket number on the sheet of white paper

    3) Take a picture of the paper alongside your defective product.
3a. Store the printed QR code safely. This will need to be shipped inside the box with your defective product upon RMA approval. Failure to enclose the printed QR code from your photo will result in closure of your RMA. Sending a blank QR code that does not match your photo will result in the closure of your RMA.

    4) Please update your ticket and provide the following
4a. Attach the picture you took in step 3 to the ticket (please do not send a link)
4b. Type your serial number in the update. The serial number can be found on the bottom of mice and keyboards, and on a small white sticker on headsets. On the H Wireless, it's on a sticker on the inside joint above the left ear cup.

We will then be able to validate your RMA and if it is validated, we will then authorize your RMA.

**This code does not show any information publicly, to you or anyone outside of our Zendesk agents. If anyone outside of an authorized SteelSeries support agent scans the code, it will show blank fields. Your data is encrypted and cannot be accessed outside of the RMA approval process. Once we approve or decline your RMA, the information is immediately deleted for your safety and to preserve the integrity of the RMA process.
