Very noob question, but how would I go about making a Stealth Paypal and acquiring a VCC? Can I just use a Vanilla prepaid Visa as a VCC? If there is a thread with these answers, I was unable to find it and would appreciate any help regarding these things. Sorry if these questions have already been answered.
