I’m seeing a fair amount of recruiting posts which is oddly quite satisfying, but it’s making me wonder.. so many positive posts… but… Are there any States that should be avoided.. and why? Like I’m talking toxic governments or Pirate run states, etc. Figured it could be a good thread for those whom are starting out new and want to get the 411 before they jump in. Good Alliances are hard to find. Good States are even harder to find, as I’ve begun to learn. # #/Mr_Kelly_R_Flewin . .
