The account must meet three conditions: Adequate amount of free energy spins to make enough kappa gates for eight Hercules. Adequate amount of Uridium to upgrade 16 B02 and 8 drones to max level. Adequate amount of leftover Uridium and free energy spins after all that is said and done.
