Switch also seems to be online often enough. But, hey, it is your problem you can't reach them. They won't contact you first. You got to be persistent. They seem to be good sellers... A secret tip from me. use AIM to contact them. You will be surprised to see how often they are online. Azn, I got another key, Check your IM. bump
