I have $55 in my Steam wallet but there's nothing I want to buy, so I figured I'd try to cash out. I can gift any games to you as long as it doesn't exceed the $55 limit. I'll also take $5 off the total cost. However, if what you want to buy is between $30-$10, then I can only take $2 off. Unfortunately, I won't be accepting anything lower than $10 since it just doesn't seem worth it on my end. For example, if you want a game (or games) that is $40, then you'll only have to pay me $35 and I will buy it for you using my Steam wallet.
