False alarm. He's not an scammer at all, the thing is i just got upset because he timewasted on me in the mid of our deal (the deal was 25 EUR for the account), but someone was offering him more money (40EUR) and then he decided to deny my 25 EUR, because of that, i got angry about it and started putting fake allegations that he's a scammer (when he's really not). I'm very sorry for all the inconvenience, and apologize with @souting
