Clarification Regarding Dispute Dear @Hulk I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address the recent dispute raised by @eckse and provide clarification on the situation. When I received the order for a TikTok account from @eckse, I immediately began working on delivering the account. However, while attempting to receive the login code on the associated email, I encountered a technical error that prevented me from completing the delivery. I promptly informed the buyer of the issue and, as a gesture of good faith, offered a full refund while I worked on resolving the matter. The buyer declined the refund and encouraged me to keep trying. The following day, the same error persisted, which I communicated to the buyer. Despite the technical challenges, I assured the buyer that I was committed to resolving the issue and delivering the account. Unfortunately, amidst managing multiple orders from other clients, I mistakenly overlooked replying to the buyer. This was unintentional and not indicative of any lack of effort or intent to scam. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused to the buyer. I was sincerely working toward resolving the issue and maintaining open communication, but an unfortunate oversight led to a misunderstanding. I am more than willing to issue a full refund to the buyer or deliver the account as soon as the technical issue is resolved. I kindly request you to consider my track record as a seller and my genuine efforts to resolve this issue when reviewing this matter. Hi @Hulk and @SOCIAL SAVVY Initially yes i declined the refund even though Social Savvy said that it would be delivered instantly, i was under the assumption that he owned the account however he claimed that he was to purchase it from a supplier. I don't know how it could be claimed as instant in this case. I declined the refund because i thought i'd be fair and give him some time however the following day when there was further excuses, i decided i wanted the refund however he didn't send me the money back. Instead he claimed he will deliver 'today' as his promise but that didn't happen, instead he ignored me. I gave him some more time before posting this review up because i thought he would deliver being a respectable seller however i still haven't got the account. I then asked again yesterday however he won't give it to me because i put this post up? What is someone like me to do? I payed for something that wasn't delivered!
