Hello all. I currently own a network in the name of: Spark Network. We are nearing release in the next 2-5 weeks and I am on the look out for means of advertisement. Whilst I will have larger Youtubers of sizes ranging between 1-60k sizes, I want to provide opportunities for smaller YouTubers to grow their channels. I will not pay you per video, as the payment per video would be minimal and a waste of time, considering the rate of payment for 1k of views is usually between 3-5...
