Like an love you I agreed to go first and allowed him to download the profile and a game before payment and after he downloaded what he wanted he didn't want the account and there was problems all of the sudden. When I finally gave up basically he offered ten bucks, which is laughable...

All you can do is call Microsoft, tell them someone got access to your account it appears and they'll assist you further. Don't tell them you were selling this account.
