So im doing a refund on 3 stuff. A book bag, shirt, and socks. The total is $100. Now the person who i'm doing this for lives in a building. Every package goes to the front desk and gets signed by the door man. Is a refund still possible after they sign it? Or is the order a small amount and doesn't need a signature? Do i use never arrived or nothing in box?
