I am recruiting a part-time developer to create a download website who will have to master perfectly: Codeigniter, PHP, JS, Ajax, Jquery, CSS, Bootstrap etc - Add an item/Modify/Delete - Listing - Manage the qualities of a download (DvDRip, HDlight etc) etc.... Things that any decent developer can do, but do well. The constraints I impose: use the framework codeigniter and work quickly and well. I would control the work, because I am also a developer.
