    If you were to use this as a player account then most likely, there was an exploit a few years back where you could bypass XP cap the majority who used it didn't receive a ban but this is far more extreme and we don't know how the levels were obtained.

    I would say this is more of a collection piece than anything.

    What Kenji said. It's more for a collection than to go out and brag on, but if you buy do as you please .
