I got this as unused account (locked to e-mail, got ownership of the e-mail address) but it is locked to "USA" so I bought another account. Good to go for anyone from there (if you want to upgrade etc) I will give both the account and e-mail that is locked to the account. Not sure what I even want for it but since it is locked to "usa" it is useless to me and I've bought another account (straight from the epic games). You can offer me something.
