Red Luck Sack (the only so called "pay to win" method) costs five dollars and 3k NX on Maple Destiny, so pure profit from that is 100mill, which is ridiculous and obviously not worth it. A White Scroll easily sells for 430 up to 470mill. AP Resets go for 25-30mill each. So it's all pretty much reasonable, fair and similar in cost if compared to each other.
