The main character obviously has completed the full skill wheel and is geared in full epic purple 10.4/10.4 gear with purple signets in the 2 weapons, head, and minor talismans. The major talismans each have signets of violence. This is a lifetime account and comes with 1200 points every month for future content, clothing, etc. The account currently has about 25 million PAX plus over 150 green signets, multiple blue auxiliary weapon signets plus lots of healing potions and such in the bank vault.
