So cheap, so high ranked, either this is a scam/resell or you # those accounts, if you have complete info such as passwords/email/security questions then this is such a good deal, anyways, it would be impossible for anyone to rank up those accounts from the very beggining, some people would not even get it to major1 before CA servers get down some day, that lets me know with just a little common sense that you are reselling/# those accounts...
