    -all buildings at top level or just missing the last one
    -Good museum with artifacts topped for attack with mk tanks
    -Alternative museum slot for paratroops and artillery
    -5000 crowns and speed ups for up to 2months
    -more than 400 troops in fortress
    -manufactory with 16 munitions at max level
    -arsenal maxed out for troops most used
    -generals Hannibal, Zhukov and Churchil at top levels
    -coalitions maxed out
    - library fully completed
    - university almost everything completed
    -27 defensive buildings with 4 bazooka towers
