It's because some users morphed units, change SP, rarity etc. on their account and got banned, then asked me for a refund. I know this because I am friends with a morpher who informed me. Right now I will pay the $15 for changing IVs of some units, will I have to pay in the future for other units? Yes. When you send me the $15 and your account, you are paying only for changing IVs of current units. If you want to change IVs of units you summon in the future, you will have to pay seperately.
