   So I just sold an account and I can’t receive payment bc I wasn’t verified. Now I paid 20$ to be verified and it still says I’m unverified and I haven’t received payment

   You didn't need to pay $20 for the verification as it becomes free of charge if you completed a middleman transaction and provided you identification once.
