I have 2 purchases made recently but both sellers are replying after we talked for the first time. The first seller told me the account was sold on another platform but he will look for another account that is similar in price. Its been a day since then and he is not replying to my messages. The second seller was insisting me to pay him directly but i still chose middleman. After the purchase has been confirmed he is not responding either. Can you help me with the options I have on hand. And whether cancellation will give me a full refund or not. As well as how long the refund will take.
