Seller is selling a sold account with an open ticket on multiple threads, need refund please

    Attached are screenshots of the private conversation when the seller sold me the account plus screenshots of new threads the seller has opened trying to sell the same account. The transaction has not been confirmed cancelled so he should not be allowed to continue to sell the account until the open ticket has been closed and I the buyer refunded.
