Looks like @Obito is plagued with scams. He also scammed us claimed he didn't receive a bank transfer turned out he did and got paid twice.
He is active on many websites as well. If he isn't going to resolve this, I recommend reporting him everywhere.
This can only be resolved from PlayerUp he can't resolve this. There is payments made on that Steam Account and that means the account can be returned anytime. I wanted a guaranteed forever account and that is the reason why i bought it. But as it turns out its not as described

Yes, also the account i was supposed to buy is named "savage" currently, i hope @Middleman responds soon.. What happens if a long time passes and the money can't be reversed? ( Money is in the site, i'm awaiting cancellation - account is back to the seller i never took it)
Have you changed the order status to "Buyer - Cancel Order"? Also, you must use the original payment method that you've used from this purchase when you ask for a refund.
Yes I changed it immediately after I found out about the account Is there any other way to ask for a refund then the 3-Way Conversation? I'm using that method still
It should be done thru your 3-way ticket since its already available. Let me ask @Middleman about the status of your concern here.
Please, I've given good evidence that the account is not as described and Obito it's known for doing shady things on ur site. I waited like 3 months for the 3-Way Conversation to be opened just to get not as described account and now i'm waiting 2+ months for this..
