Based on my extended and thorough research (like bout 5 min) on the subject of SE'ing JUULs, I saw that I needed a serial number or something of the sort in order to get a device mailed to me for free(?) Can anyone enlighten me on how exactly this works? I just don't have the money or physical health to continue smoking cigarettes..
