so i found this website where you can rent a GPU for about 40-80$ can you just get a VCC and rent it and do a drop? rent it pick it up never return it here is the website https://cuttingedgegamer.com/products/ if it works i think this is a better alternative over the EVGA Advance RMA. i made a mistake on the title its not free it requires a small investment. but who cares 80$ for a gpu that cost 600$ .
