   dear admin team, i want ask you for help with member

   he selling me account, he recieve money but not answering, my fault was i didnt do midleman.
   i sent him money via paypal as family member.
   it is possybility to somehow stop transaction ? it hapened today.
   please some tips. and BAN this **.xx.ker
