I would go first if he was Paypal verified, but he isn't. I sent him paypal invoice for him to pay half up front. With that, he has my paypal transaction as record. Then he says that he bought someone else's account. Not bitter he didn't buy my account, but this is typical scammer behavior. Acting like they have been scammed before and telling you to go first. Then when there's a legit transaction, they back out. He may be legit, but who knows. So just beware edit: his ip shows hes from US. no reason not to have non-verified paypal. unless he uses vpn like me lol
