After a bit of discussion I ended up going first there was a to many requests error so I decided to surrender the gmail after doing so I warned him that he should take everything slow to not get the gmail disabled because I wouldn't be able to recover he ends up getting it disabled anyway and refuses to give the account for his part of the deal and now has ghosted me( i was able to take him off the trusted so he can't get on the account though) # #/3reessD # .
