    Did you not read the complaint I submitted above? I disputed on credit card and since I sent money as friend and family, PayPal will not let me dispute. If you do not care about my dumb mistake, how is it so simple that a guy can do this multiple times without any intervention or penalties.

    The user has been banned already. If others run into problems, we'll assist them as well. Since you're already filed for a refund, then your case is resolved on your end. If you have the persons name and address, then we can work to fine the member for his actions
