    After i transferred, he blocked me from Facebook. and i did not get the code, i tried getting it back from paypal but the transfer was already completed and i couldnt get it back. Please help and ban this scammer!!

    I've tried. The payment was completed so they wont accept it and i transferred it to a friend method

    Then you likely lost $30. PlayerUp will try to help but they're limited on what they can do. Always use playerup middleman services for transactions like these. Would have safeguarded you.
