It was really easy to identify this scam method. I'm reporting it so other users are aware that this guy is a scammer and to be careful.
An attempt is enough to warrant a ban. From this alone it seems he's attempting to scam, we'll give him 48 hours to give a response here on his reasoning or the ban will be permanent.
